The villa is located on the upper floor, with the garage on the ground floor. Accessed by stairs. There, the first thing you will find is the pool and solarium area and the back, where there is the large rear terrace with the barbecue and rear dining room. In this area is the main entrance to the house. It has three large double bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other two with a double bed. Each bedroom has its private bathroom. In the living room you can find a comfortable and large sofa, the SmartTV, Bluetooth music column and a dining room. From there you will access the reading room, one of the most pleasant corners of the house and on the other side, a full bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen, from where you can also have access to the pool. The entrance to the villa is through a private street, to which three other independent villas have access. The rest of the facilities belong to the villa and are not shared with any other person. Guests have an autonomous entrance so they can adapt it to their schedules, but we have constant treatment through the platform or in a more direct way, since we will facilitate emergency contact, remaining at your disposal for whatever you may need. La Vera is a town belonging to Puerto de La Cruz, 20 minutes from the North Airport and 60 minutes from the South Airport. It is located in a very quiet area with access by private road. It is very close to services such as supermarkets, pharmacy and El Trompo Shopping Center. Guests have an autonomous entrance so they can adapt it to their schedules but we have constant treatment through the platform or in a more direct way, remaining at their disposal for whatever they may need.
